images-1 (1)The cost is $900 plus HST (Total $1017) for your Old School Bluegrass Camp experience including meal plan, and on site accommodations.  Registration requires the submission of an online form plus your full payment.  Please make payments in Canadian dollars.

Registration Information

Registrations are processed in the order that they are received.  All campers must fill out the online form to complete registration.  You have the option of paying online through PayPal, by cheque, or by email transfer.  All details are at the bottom of this page.

Fees for Old School Bluegrass Camp is $900 plus HST ($1017) per camper. Campers must be a minimum of 18 years old.  Camp is from Sunday July 2nd to Friday July 7th, 2017.

If you are choosing not to camp with us, your camp fee is reduced to $750 + HST ($847.50).  Please book your other accommodations early as Prince Edward County is a very busy tourist destination in the summer.

An additional $450 + HST ($508.50) will be charged for a camp companion.  A camp companion is a friend, or spouse that can join you at The Old School Bluegrass Camp.  They can join in at meal time and during evening social activities.  Their fee does not include workshops, or classes.

Please note:  Camp Companions must be payed for separately.  You are welcome to pay by cheque, email transfer, or credit card over the phone. Please contact us to discuss payment details at 613.707.3855, or oldschoolbluegrasscamp@gmail.com. 

Refunds and Cancellations

Prior to May 1st, 2017: A full refund will be granted

After May 1st, 2017.  Refunds will be granted for medical reasons only. Written notice of the cancellation as well as a Medical Certificate must be approved by the Camp Director in order to qualify for a refund.

Refunds will not be issued in instances where the camper is removed from the camp program at the choice or request of the camper, or is dismissed from camp for contravention of camp guidelines or the camp code of conduct for behaviour.

A service charge of $30 will apply to payments declined by the chosen financial institution.

The Old School Bluegrass Camp reserves the right to cancel programs at any time due to inadequate registration.  In this instance, we will refund your payment minus a $30 administration fee.

AUTHORIZATION

1. I understand that photographs, images or recordings containing my picture may be used for promotion by The Old School Bluegrass Camp.

4. I understand all the risks involved in my participation in The Old School Bluegrass Camp programs, and accept full liability.

5. I have read, understand and accept The Old School Bluegrass Camp Refund and Cancellation policy.

6. I understand that information collected on this form may be used for The Old School Bluegrass Camp promotions, mailings, newsletters and offerings. We will not collect, use, or disclose your personal information without your consent and will not lend or sell to third parties for any purpose.

Code of Conduct

The safety of each individual is of the utmost importance to theThe Old School Bluegrass Camp. It is my personal responsibility to learn and follow at all times safety and other rules established by The Old School Bluegrass Camp staff. I understand that any behaviour that places myself, or others, at risk may result in immediate dismissal from the program. I agree to assume any expense(s) arising from program dismissal. I understand no refund will be granted for my dismissal or removal before the end of a camp session.

In order to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, The Old School Bluegrass Camp reserves the right to alter the program at any time without compensation to participants.

I have carefully read, understand, and accept the Refund and Cancellation policy, Authorization, and Code of Conduct information outlined above.
